  • # Mix Dal Roll material :- 2 bowl All the mixed lentils (Tuar dal, chana dal, moong dal, masoor dal, urad dal) take the same amount of dal 4-6 teaspoons gram flour or bread crumbus Salted taste 1 tablespoon Chaat Masala 1 green chili chopped 1 onion finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 spoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder Oil for frying

Directions

  • Method: Wash all the lentils and soak them for 30 minutes. Now put the water 2 times (the pulse bowl size )in the cooker, add some salt, 1 teaspoon oil and asafoetida to it and keep it on low flame for 3-4 minutes after 2 whistles. Now when the cooker cools, spread the lentils and cool them on a plate, take care that there is no water in the lentils. Now add all the ingredients except the frying oil (if the paste is wet, add a little gram flour or bread crumbs) Now heat oil by putting oil in the pan, apply some oil in hands and shape the paste into a roll, fry it on a medium flame and fry it on the golden side Serve hot rolls with chutney or tea
